A technology company selected Touchlane to continue development of Citrus AI, a photo enhancement application. Our team joined the development process to contribute to a significant design update. The initial project timeline concluded in 2024, with the decision to extend it for further application growth.

The client’s primary objective was a comprehensive redesign of the application’s user interface. This required modernizing the visual style and user experience while maintaining the core one-tap functionality.
The key requirements were:

- Preservation of the application’s performance and reliability
- Continuous development and integration of new features alongside the design work.

Phase / 01. Planning and assessment
Our team analyzed the new design specifications and audited the existing codebase. We identified the components for modification and established an implementation sequence. This phase defined the development milestones and testing protocols for the updated interface.
Phase / 02. Implementation and integration
Development work proceeded on rebuilding the application's screens and navigation flow according to the new design. Regular code integration and testing cycles maintained application stability throughout this period.
Phase / 03. Testing and release
Each completed module of the new design entered a rigorous QA cycle. The tester verified all user interactions and confirmed that photo processing results remained consistent. After validation, we released the updates to the App Store in incremental versions.
Overall Result
The team successfully delivered the redesigned application. We met all scheduled deadlines for the design rollout. The application maintains its core promise – users can make any photo clear, sharp, and high-resolution with a single tap. Development continues, with the team adding new capabilities to the stable, updated application.
